Couples therapy
Couples therapy, at your pace
For couples who are married or together and want help with something that keeps coming up.
You come together, in person or by video, for 80 minutes. Leslie listens to both of you, helps you hear each other, and works with you on the pattern you bring. There is no set number of sessions, and you can stop at any time.

What to expect
Who it helps
Couples who are married or together and live a shared life, whatever their age or how long they have been together.
What sessions look like
Each session starts from what you bring that week. Leslie may suggest something to try at home before the next one.
The method
Leslie draws on the Gottman Method, a couples approach from the Gottman Institute. She explains it at the first session.
What this is not
It is not individual therapy, and Leslie does not keep secrets between the two of you. If one of you wants to see someone alone, we will gladly give you colleagues' names.
How it is paid
You pay a fee at the end of each session, and we give you a written estimate before the first one.
How fees workLength and pace
Your clinician sets the pace with you. Sessions are usually every one to two weeks.
